Cycling legs, dancing feet! Meet Marija & Sebastijan, a brother-sister duo from Rijeka bringing plenty of energy, personality and playful sibling chemistry to the dance floor.
They started dancing in 2017, building their foundations with respected Croatian instructors Nataša Pavićević and Jakov Krželj, and have been part of the local salsa scene ever since.
Today, Marija is a familiar face at salsa festivals across Croatia and beyond, while Sebastijan teaches at Palladium Dance School in Istria and explores everything from Salsa to classical ballet - including an appearance on the Eurovision 2024 stage.
This year, Marija & Sebastijan are joining Salsa Grand for the first time as part of our Grand Talents, a concept created to give talented instructors the opportunity to become part of an international festival program and share their work with a wider dance community.
